It was in the downtown area when we drove up there were homeless people all around had to Park in Garage . Woke up wondering if car was all right.

I can't rate because I was unable to go on my trip. I missed the cancellation timeframe due to last minute change. I'm sure the hotel is lovely, and I hope to stay there in the future.
They were very courteous and professional, some amenities such as ice and water a little hard to get but overall the stay was pleasent

Excellent place to stay The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My tv wasn't working and someone was sent up right away to fix it.

Parking too inconvenient. The only thing I did not like was parking. The garage was not connected to the hotel, which was very inconvenient. And for that reason alone, I will not visit the hotel again if I drive.
