Stay was great, room was great, however they keep adding random charges to mine and my friends cards and not refunding like promised to fix the mess. Now I have to open a dispute with my bank on Monday, which means I have to completely lock my card and cant use it at all.
Great night. We stayed one night for a concert at the Ford Center. It was perfect. The venue is just a short stroll away from the hotel, and if you take the skywalk, you don’t even need to go outside! The hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We went to a concert at the Ford Center and it was so easy just to walk from our room, down to the bar then over to the concert and not get wet in the rain. It was awesome!
