Called in last month very sick. Scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor. The receptionist asked if I would like to speak to a rn (Rachel triage) and that she could possibly help with my symptoms until appointment. Rachel asked me a couple of questions and then ‘diagnosed’ my systems over the phone and she canceled my phone appointment with doctor and advised I go to lab.
