Very welcoming at reception. The vet was very reassuring and friendly with my dog. He fully explained his plan and advised accordingly.

I use Downslink and Arthur Lodge a lot, we are a rescue, so with lots of dogs we are there regularly. I can honestly say I get the best, most individual and caring service from both places. Always helpful, always have the best interests of my dogs and always treat with skill and care. Very happy with the service
