Now that I have read several reviews regarding this Dr. Isler, I am now confident and ready to share my experience. My visit was the most unsettling, unnerving, and to be very clear I was almost to the point of cursing the dentist out. This guy was completely tweaking and it seems he was under some kind of whatever. He was very impatient and kept saying profanity words in front of my child. This guy that doesnt deserve to be called a “doctor” performed a procedure that was supposed to fix my dental problem. It got worst and I have been in oain for almost 12 months. He just cant find the reason. He was bery distracted while performing my procedure so I dont doubt he nessed my jaw up. See you in court..!
Dr Isler had very poor bedside manner from the moment he walked into the room. He never introduced himself, and very rudely advised me that my tooth is beyond repair. He used several explicitives throughout the very rushed visit. It seems he is more concerned about building trust with patients that he knows he will keep rather than wasting time on a patient he knows he needs to refer out. Delivering bad news might not be his strong suit. Needless to say, I trusted nothing he said and had to get a second opinion.

He might know what he’s doing (I would hope so) but he is incredibly rude. I listened to him loudly berate a teenage girl close by for not having good hygiene habits and telling her that it’s gonna cost her parents so much money to fix it. He spoke like this to a minor. When she tried to stick up for herself and say that she’s does brush her teeth he made fun of her and implied that she’s a liar. This office discriminated against me as a 100 percent disabled veteran. Stay as far away from this buisness as possible.

Horrible Bedside Manners,, RUDE, RUDE RUDE, TERRIFIED MY 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, LAUGHED AND MADE A JOKE OUT OF HER. IF I WAS A MAN I WOULD HAVE PUNCHED HIM RIGHT IN HIS FACE. My daughter has high dental anxieties and was initially terrified of treatment. After her first visit with Dr. Isler 2 years ago, she grew to understand how important it is to take care of her teeth. However, her more recent visit to his office was very alarming. He was very aggressive, used profanity and started making comments about our insurance which covered the procedure @ 100%!! Although his work is good his chair side manners lacked professionalism. Parents consider yourself forewarned!!!
