My daughter has high dental anxieties and was initially terrified of treatment. After her first visit with Dr. Isler 2 years ago, she grew to understand how important it is to take care of her teeth. However, her more recent visit to his office was very alarming. He was very aggressive, used profanity and started making comments about our insurance which covered the procedure @ 100%!! Although his work is good his chair side manners lacked professionalism. Parents consider yourself forewarned!!!

My experience was stessful and disappointing. Dr. Isler did not introduce himself to me and he never called me by my name. He disagreed with some symptoms I had indicated on my medical information and told me what i indicated was not a symptom. Maybe not a symptom he was familiar with but there was no need to act like I didnt know what I was talking about. He sang and snapped his fingers during my procedure. I thought he was very unprofessional.

Dr. Isler was very unpleasant. He is very pretentious and give his unsollicitated opinion about other doctors he does not even know. When he speaks, he makes you feel stupid. I felt horrible in his office and will never return again. He might be a good dentist (for the price he'd better be!!) but he definitely should work on his doctor/patient skills.
