I was a 36 DDD and after one pregnancy and nursing for 13 months, I became a 36 G. My breasts were saggy, long, and heavy. I have indentations on my shoulders, constant back pain, poor posture, etc. I looked awful naked and couldn't find a bathing suit to support my breasts. I was very self-conscious.
