Everyone was very professional and courteous. Taking the pictures with the camera for scanning for a crown was pretty uncomfortable. It probably produces a better image for the crown but seemed to take a long time. Thanks, Joan
Dr Chow and his technician, Linda, did an outstanding job prepping my tooth for a crown. My appointment was on Monday. I had an appointment for major surgery on Wednesday. They rescheduled their next appointment in order to have time to prepare the tooth for the crown before my surgery. Linda worked on the temporary crown for about an hour and a half, and it looks and feels like my original tooth. This is important to me since the tooth was on the left top in the front. The best part for me was their calming effect on my husband who has had bad experiences in the past. First Visit Impressions My first visit impression of Dr. Chow is that he enjoys his profession, is at the height of his career, highly educated and on the cutting edge of today's dental procedures. This not only reflected in state-of-the-art the equipment, but in his calm manner and ability to answer my questions and explain a procedure. The offices are beautiful and immaculate and the staff and technicians friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just what you want when you go to the dentist!
