The Best dentist I've had in my 45 years of life
As usual, your office is highly professional and going to see Dr. Chow is a pleasure. You make going to the Dentist, pleasurable.
My hygentist Laura is the BEST. She is thorough and knowledgeable and very caring. Dr. Chow always does a thorough job as well and takes the time to dig deeper into a problem. I also appreciate the no pain anesthesia he offers for fillings. This takes a lot of anxiety out of having the procedure. Thank you Dr. Chow and Staff!
Terrible Service and attitude In my experience with him, this dentist showed me poor workmanship, dishonesty, total lack of caring and greed. Poor dentistry: Dr. Chow took actions and made decisions that made it unlikely for my implant to successfully stay in my mouth. He waited significantly less time than normal for the gum to heal after extraction before placing the implant, ( side note: he covered my face in a claustrophobic full face mask during the procedure that increased anxiety and misery) and a few days after the s... read more

requested no x-ray but x-ray was forced Very uncomfortable. Apparently this decision forced onto me was to protect me. Interesting. Am considering a change.
Mediocre service and poor follow through The dentist is knowledgeable and courteous. The staff repeatedly called our home for us to make an appointment, after our initial contact by phone and email two weeks before. When we went for our two hour initial appointment, it turned into a four and a half hour visit! He talked through our issues but was not able to give us a treatment plan and pricing so that we could make a decision to become his patients, even though we were so arduously courted!
The Waiting Game Waiting 35-40 minutes for Dr.Chow to not even show up is not my idea of time well spent. I was highly unsatisfied when I had to make another appointment just to finish what my first appointment should have done. On a good note... Laura, who cleans my teeth was great. Does an awesome job at making me feel comfortable and interacts well with me to get to know me on a personal level. She is amazing.
professional and friendly I cracked a crown on an upper molar. When I went in, every person in the office knew what they're doing and they explained what was going on. Linda took my xrays, which were clear and useful for a diagnosis. Dr Chow is knowledgable and offered to treat my problem right away. I even brought in a package of nuts, wondering if they were too hard for my teeth. Two out of three assistants adjudged them too hard for me, so I left the package for the office break time. Very cooperative group!
