Because I have a "resting bitch face" with marionette lines - lines from the corners of the mouth - that made me look not only like a bitch but also angry and tired, I tried to figure out how to get rid off the lines. Overall I felt Dr. Shah was very understanding and respectful of what I wanted with my procedure. I felt comfortable the entire time with him and his staff. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I had the best results possible.
Dr. Shah is the best! I had a rhino/septo done by him a few months ago and after having chronic sinusitis and several sinus infections every year for as long as I can remember, I can finally breathe perfectly thanks to Dr. Shah. Dr. Shah checked in with me the night before my surgery and on the day of my surgery to make sure I was calm so I was not nervous whatsoever going into it. I was really nervous about finally getting this procedure, but the surgeon and staff were very kind and helpful the entire process. I always had questions and they were very prompt to respond back to my incessant emails! Dr. Shah offered a very realistic outcome that fit well to what I wanted to see for my nose, and the cost wasn't outrageous considering the procedure.
