He wasted my time by missing two scheduled appointments and then canceled a planned surgery despite the fact I was flying in from a different country for this reason. Thanks to Dr. Bared I have lost many hours spent planning, the cost of the flight and he even had me perform blood tests only to cancel without any valid reason. He cited "not meeting my expectations" but those had not even been discussed for the procedure in question.
Business response:
My goals are always to meet and, if possible, exceed my patient's expectations. I felt it best that I would not be of benefit as your surgeon as ultimately we did not agree on what would be a realistic outcome in your surgery. It is imperative that we have mutual, realistic goals and expectations from surgery. I understand your concerns and a full refund was issued.
So far the doctor and office staff have been great. The initial consultation was not rushed and the doctor took his time to explain realistic expectations. The patient Cordinator also seemed very personable and a lot more involved than at other centers. I chose this doctor because he specializes in facial plastic surgery. I just felt it was better to go with someone who specializes in facial procedures rather than saying they are good at everything. I will keep you guys posted.
I've been very insecure about my nose for as long as I can remember. Since high school, I knew I wanted to get my nose done. Lack of funding is what stopped me from getting it sooner.
