He's a great doctor and apart from having to wait months for an appointment I can't really complain. However his nurse, Barbara, whom so much depends on, is one of the most incompetent people I've encountered. She made the whole stressful IVF process many times more stressful with her mistakes and unresponsiveness. Since I can't rate her directly, his rating will suffer.

I am always grateful to my patients who take the time to post their experience on line. When a full 5-star rating cannot be given, an opportunity for further improvement can usually be identified. In this case, my veteran reproductive nurse (with over 30 years of experience in the field of IVF) was apparently unable to perform to the best of her capacity. I receive patients' praises on Barbara's skills on a daily basis, but I will also provide her some feedback on this unsuccessful interaction.
