I was called in for an appointment for my retainer when they had not even pulled the tooth yet. I had questioned the purpose of the appointment and they said someone would check into it and call me back. No one ever did. So I went in, just to be sent back home.

Check out was slow because it was lunchtime. Only one person covering the desk. Really needed a second pair of hands.

Dr. Apurwa Shukla is an excellent Dentist. Answers all questions and concerns. Very friendly and nice. Definitely cares for the patient. Recommend Union Dental and this Dentist.
