Fantastic…i will reserve my opinion for once the glasses are made (to see if prescription is ok) but everything was excellent. The customer service, the exam…all was outstanding. That is the reason why is my family coming back. The service did not change for twenty something years, they are still the best.

I was very pleased to get an appointment between annual checkups and have my concerns about blurry vision addressed promptly. I've been going to this practice for many years, since we arrived in Canada. I think everything they do is professional and of high quality. It would be nice if they wore name badges, or there were clearer introductions, but I'm impressed with everything else.
