I love the team at LensCrafters Eaton Centre - Dr. Lee consistently provides great care and has helped me through laser eye surgery. The only reason why I provided 4 stars is that some of the young receptionists can be quite unprofessional and rude.Ā

Very friendly staff, prompt service, nice clinic. Great infection control procedures including all staff wearing masks and requesting patients wear masks. Saw Dr. Erica Ho - very friendly and knowledgable.Ā

I was not sure what to expect having an eye exam during Covid-19: but everything very sanitary and safe. Testing equipment was wiped down before use, as well as the examination chair. Staff all wearing masks and clients advised to wear a mask or to purchase one on arrival at the office. Quick, thorough examination, with sharing of photo tests with me so I could see for myself how my eyes were. I have used this optometrist before and will continue to use them as service is friendly but professional.Ā
