My experience during the eye exam was great. The doctor attended to me nicely and tested my eyes thoroughly. The equipment was good, and the customer service at the front desk was excellent.

All of the staff are professional, friendly, efficient and highly knowledgeable in their roles. I’ve seen different optometrists at this location over the years, and each one of them makes you feel comfortable, answering all of your questions while doing a thorough eye exam. Their office is located at the back of the Eaton Centre LensCrafters, so the waiting area is a bit on the small side (feels even smaller on very busy days). It is clean and fully equipped.
