The staff is very professional and the waiting to meet with the doctor is short. As a new patient I was able to get my first appointment within 2 days, not weeks or months out. The doctor is very thorough and explained all my questions.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kranson for a number of years, both In Office and Telehealth. Each visit is professional, pleasant, and thorough. I never feel rushed. The staff is cheerful and I’m always seen at the time of my appt, if not earlier. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. Excellent on all levels!

The staff was polite and professional. Dr Kranson was explained every step of the procedure making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. He was patient, caring and supportive. I highly recommend his treatment and professional practice .
My father is nearly 89, is hard of hearing, slow to get around, grunts upon any exertion like standing from a sitting position all this is going on when I take him to Dr Kranson. I couldn’t ask for a more compassionate and patient, knowledgeable doctor than Dr Kranson. He treats my father with dignity and respect and helps my father with a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m happy I located Dr Kranson, and recommend him as a capable doctor in his field and a doctor you would take your loved ones to see.

A while ago, my feet started cracking open. Whenever I walked, cracks would open up, to the point where my feet looked like the cracked surface of Death Valley. I couldn't walk without agony. I tried some stuff on my own, didn't work, went to Dr. Kranson. He told me to lose weight. That was a struggle, since I couldn't walk, but I did manage to lose 20 pounds. Didn't help. This Dr. gave the impression he didn't have time to fully hear my concerns. He was practically walking out the door answering my last question. I basically told him of my skin issues, then he asked if I was doing anything on my own to treat the issue. When I told him yes and what I had tried, he basically said that is the correct thing to do and keep doing it. I told him I had been trying these products for over a year with no improvement and he just said sometimes they take time. Ridiculous!!!
