He insisted on a steroid treatment and did not listen to my input, even though this was a repeat visit. His treatment did not work and I was coming back for some more extensive help. I did not get it. He basically told me to use steroids or to move to another climate. I left very dissatisfied.

I was disappointed with the appointment. I wanted to open a dialogue about my facial issues and opportunities to improve my skin and I felt rushed out the door with an rx in hand. I am looking for more from my dermatologist.
Not good, he barely spent time with my son and couldn't diagnose the issue. Gave a few samples to try and see which medication would work and report to his office to write a prescription. Horrible service!
It took 50 minutes to be seen, the Dr was knowledgeable but never even put his gloves on to assess my issue. the office is old and run down. stainless steel tray with sterile drape was dirty.
