My husband was having terrible pain throughout the weekend. We went to Dr. Lipkin and received an immediate diagnosis and root canal. Very efficient doctor and staff.
Efficient Staff and Friendly.Dr. Lipkin, took the time to explain my treatment plan. I did not feel rush. Making an appointment was easy, smoothe traction at check-out. Felt comfortable and know I will be cared for. Thank you.
Dr. Lipkin was available within an hour of my call requesting an appointment for an evaluation and possible root canal. He was prompt, courteous, explained the evaluation procedures, answered my questions, and provided calming assurance regarding the procedure that helped me. Office staff likewise, from the first phone call to check out, were kind and courteous.
First of all, they were extremely accommodating in fitting me in for what turned out to be an emergency root canal. The receptionist sent me all of the forms ahead of time and provided me with the upfront costs so check in went smoothly (no $$ surprises). Dr. Lipkin's assistant was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and kept me extremely comfortable as I was quite nervous. It was very good. he is highly qualified and very pleasant to talk to. the entire procedure went well. his assistant Emily was also very good.She explained each step of the procedure. I will have my next root canal done with the same Dr. Lipkin. I highly recommend him.
