Office staff contacted 5 times,different days,to get a message to MD to call back as I was having post op problems. Will not return calls Took 4 weeks to schedule a procedure as surgery scheduler would not return calls
I waited an hour to see Dr Mora and he spent less than one minute with me, Didn't tell me the name of the new medicine he was prescribing, said one or two things so fast I couldn't take any of it in, and rushed me out of the exam room in a hurry
Would never go back. Very impersonal and rude office staff. Still waiting for my medical records to take to another urologist.
Would not recommend Dr. Mora to family or friends. I came in with a diagnosis of frequent UTI's. He is always late- never explains anything, and is extremely cold and impersonal. When I have had a UTI he doesn't see me for a week and a half and doesn't call any antibiotics in until urine sample results come in- another 5 days! That's 2-3 weeks with an active UTI that can quickly become a serious kidney issue! He is only interested in tests and procedures that bring in substantial $$$.
The worst part about this review is that I never even got to see the Dr. I walked out of my appt after waiting almost an hour in the waiting room. This was at 8:30 in the morning! Lobby was small and hot and packed with people, again, at 8:30 in the morning! Receptionist and staff completely ignored everyone and patient files were stacked all over the place. First impression is a lasting impression. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Dr. Mora - operated on my son, and a year and a half later a stitch or object was left behind by the doctor. I called so he could see could do a check on him only to be told by a very rude office manager that it is too bad, and that since he no longer accepted my insurance, it is your problem. She also stated feel free to file a complaint, she was not concerned. This is scary to think that Dr. Mora doesn't care about his patients or his reputation. Very Sad.
Misinformation between doctor and nurses. Broken equipment. Unable to write a proper prescription. Do not go here. Filthy exam rooms.
Scale didn't work. Blood pressure machine didn't work. Gave wrong prescription. Didn't fill out prescription properly. Wrong amount on prescription. And so on and so on.
