The specialist technician Irena warmly welcomed me on my second time seeing her. We began with Irena placing multiple pillows and throws to make me comfortable, as I have severe spinal and compression fractures resulting in chronic pain. Once that was accomplished the cleaning began. The decision was made to do the overdue cleaning in two visits instead of one.
