I really appreciate how well everything was explained. I sometimes have trouble following what is going to happen but Dr Nault did not rush through, so I could easily understand. I loved that Dr. Nault called today to see how I was doing, and let me know that I could call anytime if I need him.

Walked into a warm welcome at reception. Shortly, Irena my new cleaning tech escorted me to her room and began asking me about my health, any changes to medication and any areas of concern with my teeth. Irena cleaned thoroughly but cautiously as I have sever receding gums and high sensitivity she stopped occasionally to check how I was doing. Ushered in right at the appointment time. Efficient , thorough examination and a succinct explanation, with concise diagrams of my trestment options by a very personable Dr. Mathieu Nault. His assistant Paula, also made the whole experience very pleasant where a trip to a dentist, often isn’t. Highly recommend Hollyburn Centre.
