I just did a root canal (2/5/2024) with Dr. Burch and it was a great experience. He explained everything step by step, what I was going to feel, he answered all my questions. Really good experience for been my first root canal.
He could have suggested a root canal, instead he advised that it would not do any good and I should talk to oral surgeon. This advice cost him money however, saved me time and the expense of a procedure I did not need.
FABULOUS! Absolutely FABULOUS! I was having my first root canal and was feeling ridiculously anxious. Dr Burch and his team relaxed me to the point that I fell asleep in the chair and didn't wake up until it was all over. With no sedation, just the novocaine. Furthermore I experienced no after pain or swelling. If it hadn't happened to me I wouldn't have thought it possible. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Burch and his support team. Didn’t have a new referral and Dr Burch took me in anyways. He told me I needed to clear the infected tooth before he could do the root canal. Rescheduled the appointment.
Staff was friendly, intake form straightforward. Dr. Burch explained everything. Thorough exam, reviewed the Xrays with me and explained the images. Gave me solid advice on what to expect going forward.
Dr Burch was very informative and guided me through the whole process. The office staff was able to get me scheduled very promptly which I was thrilled about to get relief. Definitely recommend Dr Burch and his staff! Thank you
Dr. Burch was gentle and answered all my questions. He didn't seem to care about how long I was taking and explained everything as he worked.
