The dr was patient, explained every step and made you feel welcomed and at ease. I dislike having to go to the dentist or having any procedure done but he made it feel simple. Highly recommend.
Hands down the best office I’ve been to! The staff was awesome. Very friendly from start to finish. They explained everything before during and after the procedure. The entire process was quick from the wait when arrived to the procedure. I’ll definitely recommend this office.
Dr. Burch has the best bedside manners! I was very nervous and he walked me through every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Burch. After the long procedure I felt like I wanted to give him a hug. Janet his assistant was also a doll. They make a great team.
I’ve been to Dr. Burch’s office several times this past year because of an accident I had that shattered some of my front teeth. He had to perform 3 root canals and through it all He was caring and thorough and kind. He was meticulous in his work. He spoke clearly to me explaining the what’s and whys of what he was doing. Was sent there for a root canal. He sat down and actually listened to my history and thoroughly explained to me why an extraction was my best option over a root canal, then left the choice up to me. You can tell this man actually cares about his patients. I was very impressed.
Had a painful broken tooth, they got me in quick. Everyone was very friendly. He explained everything that was going to happen. Fairly long procedure, numbed me up good. Closed my eyes and dozed off during the root canal.
