Dr Kartono explained every step very well and also put my teen at ease who needed a cyst removal from his leg. I also saw her for skin irritation and sun damage issue and she was able to help with both - prescription and recommendation to prevent further issues. I had seen two other doctors at Henry Ford and UMH for the same conditions and they were not helpful. Her staff are wonderful as well. We were seen promptly at each time for the three visits we had. So glad we found her!
