Very thorough, gentle and knowledgeable.
I have been seeing Dr Lee for years and he is fantastic as is his hygienist, Elyse. However, I have now had two unpleasant encounters with the admin, April. My first encounter was in January and she was downright rude, which prompted me to reduce my cleanings from 4x a year to 3x a year. Today was my second encounter and although she was not rude, she was dismissive and was not interested in listening to what I was requesting. My husband and I both have benefited from Dr. Lee’s expertise in dentistry and his fabulous team. Everyone does their job in an excellent manner and with a smile! I appreciate their dedication to excellence. They’ve been very patient with me and we refer friends and Co -workers to them all the time!

The assistant was very patient and explained everything quite clearly. The doctor took his time and stayed until the work was completed. At no time did I feel rushed as I have during visits to other doctors.
Dr Gannon runs a very calm and pleasant practice. He spends time with you listening and explaining in a relaxed and pleasant way. He and his staff are all extremely nice and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your visit. The Hygienist Elise is a total pro, and provided me a very thorough deep cleaning that was painless and comfortable. I’ve had some bad dental experiences in the past, so finding Dr Gannon’s office has been great. I highly recommend his practice!

Dr Lee is an expert in his field. He explains the problem and the plan how to treat it. He takes his time and ensures everything is done with good care. He makes you feel safe and discusses other options if necessary. I can see that his entire team works very well together. The staffs are quick to assist both Dr. Lee and his patient. They’re respectful, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Lee!
