Dr. Jungermann listened to my concerns and provided appropriate feedback. She was responsive and caring, as was her assistant. I had very little pain from the anesthetic and 0 pain from the root canal. The office staff were very friendly and the office aesthetic very peaceful and calming. Highly recommend!
From the front desk, through treatment to check-out, this had to be up there with the best all-care experience at a dental facility. Highly rated and would recommend them to all.

I never imagined I would be referring to a root canal procedure as a good experience, but compared to one I remember from years ago, it was! The entire office staff, from the time I walked in the door until the time I left, were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Filling out the paperwork was a breeze (available on a secure online portal to fill out prior to arrival), so I only needed to show my insurance card and ID when I got there. Dr. Jungerman and the staff at Mid Florida Endodontics are fantastic. Everything was explained to me about the procedure. They care about the patient and even give you a blanket if you are cold. Thank you for making an anxious patient calm.
