She was so distracted by the person in the other room that she rushed thru doing my root canal. She kept telling the other woman that she couldn't possibly still be hurting then came in my room and was complaining about her to me. A year and a few months later while having work done on a tooth beside the root canal my dentist found that she did not clean the site well enough and now I have an infection. My mother went to see Dr. Jungerman for a root canal and has had some problems with a possible infection. She has tried repeatedly to get her to call her back to no avail. Very unprofessional behavior from a clinician. Stay away.

I was duped into getting a root canal, which costs 2000 dollars. I didn't have the money, so she recommended a convenient loan from carecredit. I made a stupid decision to apply for the loan. As soon as I signed the loan papers, her attitude changed. I was always assigned 8 a.m. appointments. I had to drive an hour to get there and I was asked to come back at least on THREE different occasions. Waste of money.

I can no longer recommend this place after going to a new dentist being told the work done by Dr Jungermann is sub par and incorrectly done. Had to have a root canal. However, I have now gone for a second opinion elsewhere and was told that the root canal never went the full length of the root which is now causing problems and needs redoing. In addition the amalgam used to fill was left jagged in between the teeth which is causing problems. No apology and no refund.

check your insurance balance if you use this dentistry, because what they have on record is never synced up. I was recommended 3 fillings after a cleaning, which turns out to be 4. And when they charge me...wait a minute. That doesn't sound right! I had a root canal done this year referred by them, this takes up most of my balance and they didn't know that? Be sure you always check your balance ON YOUR OWN INSURANCE as they do not care if you go over and will charge you for more things!

Let's just say I waited an hour to go get x-rays done. The x-ray tech was very friendly. I waited another forty five mins waiting for Dr Jungermann to come speak to me and I had to ask if anyone was going to help me. The dentist spent ten mins w me. Did not perform the procedure I had hoped for. Only to send it what I think was a floor manager to tell me 3000 would be necessary for all the work I needed done and would I want to schedule another appointment. Hell no, never again.

Very Rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend her to anyone,also her office submitted the claim twice under 2 different family memebers for one memeber visit, I have reported them to my insurance and they were told to refund the money back to the insurance.
