Being that I was treated for covid , I would think ALL staff would wear mask and gloves .while in the room with patients The hand washing system should still be practiced.

First Impression Greetings -Respect -Caring, listening skills -Privacy -Empathy NP has good bedside manners, courtesy , and understanding . I was shocked as a first time patient , because in south Florida we don’t find that kind of display. Actually , this was the 3rd walk-in clinic since I have been to . I went in MIDTOWN Tamarac , I had was to walk out . HIPPA practice was violated . Do I praised Dr. G’s for full filing all the requirements and regulations. Proud of your place . Keep it up. Sharon P
