Happy this was a short visit & wait time , everyone was very professional & friendly especially Robert he made u feel very comfortable & as if he knew u forever … Ms. Grace Cowon was very professional & down to earth w her diagnosis & took her time explaining too . I would go back when needed 👍🏼

Felt welcome the minute I walked in the door. After trying to get help at ThE Boca Hospital ER which was negative my visit here was so positive and entirely different. The entire staff was wonderful and I left feeling I had gotten the best help possible!

The wait wasn’t long. Had a few hiccups but we were able to resolve those. I was then taken in spoke with paramedic. That went smooth he was very professional and gracious. He took all my information and made it seamless. I had all my meds listed on my phone. All I did was hand it over and he appreciated that. It made entry smooth as well.

It was so easy making an appointment @ 8 am online, before they opened. Made the appointment for 9:15 am. There was absolutely NO waiting. I was in, vitals taken, saw the doctor, got a shot of antibiotics….done in 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional, loved Casey Chandler, FNP-C, APRN. Down to earth, great bedside manner. On top of that, they accepted my insurance!

Everyone at the office was very helpful. Angelica at the front desk helped me check in as I’m not NOT techi! Eddie was ver kind in taking my vitals, and ended up giving a very painless injection. The nurse practitioner explained things to me and the meds she was giving me. Shame also made sure I understood what she was explaining! I will be a repeat patient here & HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service!
