It was 09.16.23 I had been living with a dreadful flu ready to go to ER because my past experiences with MD NOW AND HELIX and serval others were sad and I always ended up in ER anyway. Well I DR G’s Deerfield Office in Military Trail was a breath of fresh air. Felt welcome the minute I walked in the door. After trying to get help at ThE Boca Hospital ER which was negative my visit here was so positive and entirely different. The entire staff was wonderful and I left feeling I had gotten the best help possible!

The wait wasn’t long. Had a few hiccups but we were able to resolve those. I was then taken in spoke with paramedic. That went smooth he was very professional and gracious. He took all my information and made it seamless. I had all my meds listed on my phone. All I did was hand it over and he appreciated that. It made entry smooth as well.

It was so easy making an appointment @ 8 am online, before they opened. Made the appointment for 9:15 am. There was absolutely NO waiting. I was in, vitals taken, saw the doctor, got a shot of antibiotics….done in 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional, loved Casey Chandler, FNP-C, APRN. Down to earth, great bedside manner. On top of that, they accepted my insurance!
