From the helpful staff on the phone to the surgical assistants and the doctor himself, this was a great experience considering the situation and circumstance. Nobody likes or wants to see the oral surgeon for anything I would imagine. But my surgery was quick and painless and the recovery was much better than expected.
I’ve never been to a doctors office whereby the staff is so attentive and the doctor so thorough and efficient. I had to get a tooth removed and the process took ten minutes and I had zero pain during the surgery and presently have minimal discomfort after the procedure.
I had two wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Chen yesterday. I had no pain during or after the surgery and it didn't take more than 15-20 min. I went to Dr Chen for a tooth extraction. The procedure was quick and painless. I had little pain and minor swelling. Staff was very informative and helpful with insurance issues.
Skill and caring doctor who calls back and is always accessible. Staff and service was top notch. Facility was nice and modern and clean.
Dr Chen placed three dental implants to replace a large missing gap in my jaw. Procedure lasted less than half an hour and I had almost no pain after surgery. The doctor was easily reachable on the weekend when I had a question. Much appreciated and I highly recommend this doctor and office.
Easy scheduling, beautiful and clean office that made me feel safe during COVID times. Doctor was very skillful and followed up with a phone call the evening of the surgery to make sure I was okay, which was a first with any of my other doctor visits anywhere.
Good experience at a surgery office despite the circumstances. I was impressed with the efficiency of the front desk and the care that I received from the doctor. I would recommend this practice and office to anyone who needs dental surgery.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted under sedation. Not only did I not feel or remember a thing, the recovery was not nearly as bad as people told me. The staff was super nice and friendly and kept me calm. Dr Chen was very thorough, knowledgeable, and his surgical skills are outstanding.
