I was very nervous in the beginning of my visit but the staff and Dr Freidman put me right at ease. He explained every step. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Friedman and Towson Smile I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and made you feel less stress as you were waiting for the dentist.

This was my first encounter with this dentist, and although he was fairly efficient and took care of my tooth, his bedside manner was lacking. He didn't even introduce himself. The only reason I even know his name is because the assistant referred to him as Dr. Brett. He made almost no small talk with me or his assistant and left very quickly when he was done. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Dr. Friedman's office. Scheduling was very easy-no waiting. I was impressed with the efficiency of the office and everyone was so warm and friendly.....
