Dr. Moore is a warm, caring, and skilled surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner where she listens to her patients and makes them feel comfortable. My experience at Stonesprings Hospital, and with Dr Moore, were both exceptional. I felt well taken care of, kept informed, and treated well by everyone. The hospital nurses were outstanding, made me comfortable at all times. Very efficient hospital staff as well, with a quick and easy check-in and check-out.
I had my first visit with Dr . Moore. She listened carefully to me describing my symptoms, examined me and asked me to schedule a CT scan to determine what plan of action she should take sInce she disagreed with the diagnosis of an ultrasound I’d had previously. I agreed the diagnosis was wrong and I felt reassured that she wanted to be sure of the proper procedures she should take for my upcoming surgery.
From first calling for a consultation appointment to going to the post-operation appointment, every interaction with the staff and Dr. Moore was very professional and their kindness and experience made me feel at ease. Dr. Moore is so patient and nice. She sat with me and heard me completely. Explained everything so patiently. She is a fantastic doctor. After a long time I had seen a doctor like Dr. Moore.
