Not painful at all and I don't have chubby cheeks now I did buccal fat removal and everything went all good from the consultation,surgery and post op. The surgery is not painful at all!! And dr mesa does really know what hes doing he answered all my questions. I dont have that chubby cheeks now! Looking forward for my next procedure.

Buccal Fat Removal and liquid rhinoplasty - 10 weeks post-op I can see a very noticeable change in my cheeks! I underwent the buccal fat removal procedure and had the liquid rhinoplasty.
