Buccal fat removal I had buccal fat removal last year and have been waiting to see the positive results instead of looking more contoured my face looks fuller and droopier. My cheeks now fold over and make me look significantly older. Wish there was something I could do to fix it. I haven't gained any weight but look heavier and older as a result of the droopiness.
