Friendly Staff but Terrible Experience. I had a couple of visits with Dr. Mesa and his staff and each time the price changed. I finally settled with some filler and botox and he completely botched the job. I had a black eye for about two weeks from the eye filler, he did a half ass job on the botox so I have half crow's feet left and didn't put enough nose filler in the top of my nose so the bump is still there and the tip is crooked. Traumatized by This Unfortunate Event That Cost Me $12,000.00 from my Retirement Account I had a tummy tuck and a "Brazilian but lift" 3 years ago . It was not communicated in the initial call until they charge your card.
Office review: Apparently he doesn't work on African Americans I attempted to get a consult with dr Mesa and was willing to pay his non-refundable consult fee and deal with his limited and tight consult hours. I emailed and was told yes he does them and oh that I'd be a candidate based on my BMI. Then asked to send pics. And wow once they saw I was a black woman, he no longer does TT revisions. Dr.Mesa Exceeded my Expectations with my Panniculectomy! I'm So Happy! I came to visit Dr.Mesa because I was so embarrassed of my abdomen, I had excess of skin, I Wasn't comfortable anywhere. It is all bad - the money and pain was for nothing please look at the pictures and tell me it is worth over 16,0000 After hours upon hours of research and many, many consultations I found Dr. Mesa on Real Self. I went with him for TT revision and to remove fat and skin from armpits area and lypo. I specifically ask for a resection of accessory axillary breast tissue surgical excision. Find a better doctor... Horrible horrible doctor......... stated I need to get my acne fixed before he can do buccel fat removal. Just awful; what does my skin have to do with removing a fat pocket from my face???? I don't have bad acne. A little discoloration and acne which is very normal on anyone who has oily skin. My skin again has nothing to do with removing a pocket of fat out of my cheeks.

You Could Not Ask for a Better Plastic Surgeon! Excellent care and results. The staff is also very professional and very accommodating. Dr. Mesa is absolutely the very best in explaining the procedure as well as the realistic expectations and results. Dr. Mesa did a fantastic job! I am so very pleased and I also feel years younger with all of the compliments from friends and family who tell me how I look so rested and wonderful.
