Dr. Lau was wonderful, and we are extremely grateful for the care she provided to my mother. My mom is in her late 70s and has significant vision loss in one eye, which has been very difficult for her to accept emotionally after years of medical appointments and ongoing changes to her eyesight. When I arrived the Front Desk lady was very nice. Then the lady came out to take me to do the first testing. Shortly after that Dr. Chen called me in to complete the eye exam. Everyone was very nice! Thank you.

I’ve been going to Dr. Joseph Elmalem & Associates for close to eight years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The whole team is extremely professional and incredibly thorough with every exam. They use up-to-date equipment, explain everything clearly, and make the whole experience comfortable. Dr. Elmalem also has a great sense of humor, which makes each visit that much better. I came in on a Saturday because I thought I had something in my eye. Turns out it was just a little scratch and was given some drops. I’m not sure of the doctors name , but he took me in without an appointment. Very kind and friendly. Great experience.
