The doctor displayed the level of interest and concern necessary to address the patient's situation. He took his time in asking the appropriate questions and then recommending treatment options. Wait time was fairly long and procedural billing by the office did not go smoothly at first, but was eventually sorted out.
Such professionalism. Very apologetic. Great staff
It was great. The staff was courteous, cordial, and professional. Dr. Julian Moore has excellent bed side manner. He explains the procedure prior to performing it, waits to satisfy any questions and you have phone contact numbers in case you need to contact him before the follow up appointments. This is a dedicated doctor.
