Dr Dhami and nurse Lauri were great as well as the staff. Answered our questions and explained everything with details without rushing. We are very grateful.
Dr Dhami has been with my son since the very first day he was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma and he has always spent time with us answering all our questions. He has always had my son's best interest and health first and foremost in all our discussions and treatments. His constant optimism and expertise has made a very stressful and sad situation more hopeful for all of us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting my son well again.
In exam room for 45+ min and the doctor didn't come in to see my mother. This is common with doctors & it needs to stop. Could have called explaining they're running behind & given us a choice to come later or reschedule. Another missed opportunity... We arrived 30 min early and staff had yet another chance to explain he was running late. We could have been given a choice to wait or reschedule. Walked out after the inconsiderate time abuse. Will check insurance to make sure no payment was made.
