As someone who is extremely afraid of the dentist and was putting this necessary visit off for 5-6 months Dr Mann and Karen couldn’t have made this any less stress free and easy (as easy as a dentist appointment can be ),they talked me through everything and stopped when I needed a second or two, I was so impressed that on my way out I made another appointment for 2 weeks time.

I can’t really say I LOVED my dentist appointment. But I did feel I was well treated and in a professional medical office. Dr. Chen was very direct and explicit about the procedures. I felt I understood what was going on and what my choices were. The office staff were friendly and professional and answered my questions about billing simply and clearly That should be the high standard I think.
