I went in for annual cleaning the dental hygienist was very professional and attentive and asked if I was comfortable during the procedure a couple of times which was very reassuring.

Cleaning was done well. I didn’t love the experience of being made to feel bad about less than stellar dental care at home. Shaming people is one way to make them dread a visit to the dentist. It used to be better at this clinic previously (which is why I liked it).
