Dr. Shelby and his staff made my procedure very easy and comfortable.
Dr. Shelby's entire group is very efficient, helpful and punctual. No one likes having a colonoscopy, but his group does their best to make it as good an experience as possible.
The only negative was the prep. The staff from the receptionist, intake nurse, anethesiologist to Dr Shelby...professional and all work to make the experience positive!!!
I’ve had 4 colonoscopies from Dr. Shelby. He is the best and has a wonderful staff working beside him. They always take their time explain everything and answer any questions you may have.
Dr. Shelby and all his staff are professional, helpful and kind. This appointment was my husband’s third time and my second, not a fun procedure but Dr. Shelby and his staff make it tolerable. We will be back to see him again.
So professional, and efficient. No one wants to have this kind of visit, but they made it easy!
I had a colonoscopy this morning. Dr. Shelby and his staff were fabulous. The facilities were clean and orderly. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. AND the anesthetic wore off very quickly so they have figured out how to use the correct dosage so I didn't have to waste any of my remaining day. The pre-warmed blanket was a welcome and thoughtful touch. Yes - I could not be happier with the service I received.
This is my second colonoscopy with Dr. Shelby in the last five years. His staff has always been friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and his staff’s caring attitude.
Dr Shelby is the best In colonoscopy and endoscopy I have done it twice with he and staff.
