My first visit was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. Wait time was minimal and everything flowed perfectly. Dr. Welch was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation and how to proceed. I was very glad to be having my procedure scheduled and later performed by Dr. Welch and his staff at their very nice facility.
I always have complete confidence in Dr Timothy Welch and his staff. They are just the best! Very professional, caring and compassionate and they always have the best interests of their patients in mind when taking care of your dental procedures. Dr. Kevin Sweeney at Northwest Oral Maxillofacial and implant surgery did an outstanding job on removing my wisdom teeth. He along with all of his co workers did a great job on making me feel comfortable during what is a stressful situation. I have some pain which was to be expected, but the amount of pain I am in was far less than what I was thinking. I had a severe toothache / infection the week we planned my Mother's 100th birthday party. I couldn't sleep for two nights before I called Dr. Welch's office, begging for help. Dr. Welch got me into surgery after usual business hours on a Friday. His polite and skilled team prepared me and the offending tooth got pulled. The extraction went very smoothly, without pain and the bleeding stopped by that evening. The next morning I had NO pain. My visit went as planned. Got right in on schedule, everyone was polite and professional, and before I knew it, I was done and out the door. I expected more post-procedure pain and swelling, but I only had mild bleeding for the remainder of my day.
