I was very nervous about going in for my dental work, but Dr. Roney and the staff were wonderful! They made concerted effort to make me feel more at ease, not making any judgement about my fears. Dr. Roney did all of the work while I was sedated--a staff member sat with me while I waited which really helped with my nervousness, and I had no discomfort during or after the procedure. I was very pleased with Dr. Roney and the whole team that made me very comfortable. Going to the dentist is not on my "favorite things to do" list but this experience was very pleasant and I won't mind returning in six months for a check up.
His office crew do not seem to have their act together. They were very unorganized and did not seem to have an understanding of different insurance providers. Very disappointed in the professionalism of his staff.
From the moment of arrival I was greeted very graciously, and offered my choice of beverage, and also the remote to change channel on tv! Did not have to wait but a few moments before being escorted to a room, but first was given a brief tour of the office. Everyone of the staff were patient and introduced themselves, also told me eery step of the way what they were doing and going to do. Before visiting the office, I dreaded going to the dentist. But I really liked this place a lot, and the wonderful staff there really made me change my mind about going to the dentist. The girls are great, they are so friendly and welcoming and really did a great job with everything. Dr Roney also was very pleasant to work with and was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Roney and staff were courteous, well organized, and efficient. They use the latest in dental technology and provide several options to ensure the comfort of their patients. No need to fear that root canal ever again!
Dr. Roney is great and the staff is the best! Very aware of patient's needs and concerns.
Dr. Roney is a Pro! He is gentle and caring. Staff is fantastic. Shelia & Rachel were excellent, All good. I just wish prices were lower for people without Insurance. I will be back.
