It has all been good. E-mail contact has been timely and Dr. G has answered my questions. When I went for my in person consult Dr. G was straight forward and to the point. The staff was great even showing me their own before photos and providing clear and concise pre and post op instructions and encouragement. The hospital staff were caring and had nothing but great things to say about Dr. G from the admission clerk to the nursing staff. I will complete this review as my final results become more evident

Ultimately, this revision was not worth $14,500, recovery time, on top of travel expenses and down time. I had NO grafts, osteotomies, or collapse from my first rhinoplasty. I'm not sure why my cost was so high and my result so minimal. Dr Grigoryants does an amazing job on a lot of people; unfortunately I didn't experience those results. My nose looks the same with a slightly improved profile. I really liked him when I consulted in February. I like that his idea of what he could do matched what I disliked about my nose. I'm not looking for perfection, just a good improvement which from him should be great.
