I was well taken care of
Very caring
I have been in the office several times within the past few months, having had 2 crowns put in and fillings replaced. It is always a pleasant place, everyone takes time to ensure that you are comfortable, and they take the time to thoroughly answer any questions you may have. The environment is very relaxing - not your typical "dentist's office".
Yet another awesome experience! Tammie, Dr. Werleman, and Olivia did and excellent job on my teeth! They look and feel great, thank u ladies! The atmosphere is always great to be around, good laughs and positive attitudes from everyone! Nothing wrong with that 😁! I will definitely be returning, thank you to the pretty lady up front for helping make this happen! Keep up the great work ladies 😎!
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they put you at ease. I find that going to see the dentist at Dr. Werleman's office is a pleasant experience rather than a dreaded one.
Talked with me what my options were instead of just doing what I really wanted and she could made money from me. Instead she left me know that it may not work. So it saved me money and time.
It is always a great experience. I had my appointment time wrong and was over 10 minutes late, they called me and still saw me.
My 4 year old son was the patient and it was his first time to the dentist. He had such anxiety about going. When we got there we were welcomed by the friendly front office staff and were taken back by another smiling face. Once in the chair, they explained everything they were doing to my son, which relieved any stress he had about being there. Alisha was his RDH, and she did am exceptional job. Now he "loves" the dentist and can't wait to go back.
The whole practice is very up beat and caring. The other practices around should take a crash coarse from y'alls practice. Thank you for the personal care.
