I’ve been living with sciatica off and on for years Most of the time it got better with rest and after a few days. Then this nov it started after I was moving and there was no relief. I did Chiro, physical therapy, steroid injections with no relief. My friend suggested dr Hyder. We tried one more injection and it helped a little but I was starting to fall.
