Draingo is horrible we were given a appointment time 8-1, by 1pm we get a call saying the service guy was behind,we get another call saying it will be 2 more hours then by 3pm we're told they don't know when the person is coming after waiting 4 additional hours on top of the 5hrs so a total of 9 hours of waiting the guy comes no apology or acknowledgment of making us wait that long he fixed the toilet and left my house leaving water on my floor to mop up.
