The price I was was quoted was 499 for four hours after the “fees and taxes and insurance “ that was added on the price Tripled. WTF. I paid it but don’t make the mistake I did

I have emailed and called multiple times with questions and NO ONE has been able to answer or give me a straight answer. I’m not even sure if I’ll even get my car I’ve rented because of lack of communication. Of course if that changes, I will gladly revise my review but so far I’m disappointed. Also, site says “no down payment” but I had to pay one and no one can tell me of what the remainder of my balance will be upon arrival. I’ve called and emailed 2 times asking.

Is it true what royalty exotics says about you guys not being properly insured and renting to the wrong people

This is the company that rented someone who was unqualified to drive at the time and ended up letting him rent it anyways. The end result is a deadly crash in the 570s this morning in last Vegas. They should really watch who they rent to.
