I am the Buyers Agent and have done business before with Synergy which was much better in the past transactions. This transaction involved more complex documents, trusts and 1031 forms. I wasn't as involved as the title company whom got the brunt of the mishaps. We have two more transactions coming up with same documents and the title company is weary. We are hopeful that Synergy has learned from this one and it will be better next round. I understand these are trying times with volume.

There wasn't a lot of communication throughout the transaction that I typically receive from lenders I work directly with. To be fair, Dreama did a good job for her client and her agents that work with her.
