Excellent communications during each step of the process. Veronica went above and beyond with both pre and post sales. Helped pick out a floor model which saved us a ton and then immediately addressed an issue with the stairs upon delivery and now 3 months after the sale, replaced a faulty valve within 3 days. Can't remember the last time I had as good of an experience with a company in any industry.
This is a long over due review. We bought 2 hot tubs 2 years ago, one for our Airbnb and a plug & play for our out of state property, both have been working great. Veronica is so wonderful to work with, always available to answer any questions and she was quick to troubleshoot a minor issue I had in the beginning. Would definitely recommend them.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Veronica was incredible throughout the entire process. In fact, she even stayed later to ensure we fully understood everything we were getting. Her dedication and attention to detail... read more
Alex and Veronica are titans of industry. They were very informative when explaining the pros and cons of each model. They were very helpful throughout the process. Delivery was fast and successful. I purchased a new blem, and have been extremely happy with it. You can't go wrong buying direct. Saved a ton of money. I will recommend them to all my friends. Best deal in all of Central Florida.

And one leak after another. If its not a jet its a manifold. If its not a manifold its the couplings at the heater. They used metal pressure clamps that rusted and made a mess and leaked from about all the fittings. Had to replace with SS hose clamps. If you want a hot tub that you have to work on every day. By all means by a dream maker. I ca... read more
