Excellent communications during each step of the process. Veronica went above and beyond with both pre and post sales. Helped pick out a floor model which saved us a ton and then immediately addressed an issue with the stairs upon delivery and now 3 months after the sale, replaced a faulty valve within 3 days. Can't remember the last time I had as good of an experience with a company in any industry.
My husband and I purchased a new spa from DreamMaker and we absolutely LOVE it! Initially, we saw the spa on Facebook Marketplace, and so we inquired. We wanted to see more, so Veronica, the sales representative, texted us videos. A month or so went by and we reached out to her again via text looking for a spa. Alex and Veronica are titans of industry. They were very informative when explaining the pros and cons of each model. They were very helpful throughout the process. Delivery was fast and successful. I purchased a new blem, and have been extremely happy with it. You can't go wrong buying direct. Saved a ton of money. I will recommend them to all my friends. Best deal in all of Central Florida.
This is a long over due review. We bought 2 hot tubs 2 years ago, one for our Airbnb and a plug & play for our out of state property, both have been working great. Veronica is so wonderful to work with, always available to answer any questions and she was quick to troubleshoot a minor issue I had in the beginning. Would definitely recommend them.
We went to the showroom. The sales rep, Alex, was awesome and very helpful. Delivery and set up was also amazing. We have since ordered the umbrella, which was delivered quickly without any issues. We love the Dreammaker 3500S spa. We just wish we had more time to spend in it. Thank you, Alex.
