My husband and I purchased a new spa from DreamMaker and we absolutely LOVE it! Initially, we saw the spa on Facebook Marketplace, and so we inquired. We wanted to see more, so Veronica, the sales representative, texted us videos. A month or so went by and we reached out to her again via text looking for a spa. I bought my first hot tub from DreamMaker Factory Showroom in August of this year. Nick and Veronica were excellent to work with and answered the many questions I had. They also stored my hot tub for almost 3 months while my new home was being built. The hot tub was delivered 61 miles to my home in Ocala and installed and set up on my lanai. It was a great experience working with DreamMaker on the purchase of my first hot tub and I would highly recommend them.
Veronica is the best! She helped us find the perfect spa for our patio. As we looked at each model in the showroom Verthereonica pointed out the features of each model. Veronica….. I have one word to describe her. The word would be amazing. I went to the showroom and met with Veronica. She is very knowledgeable and doesn’t do the “salesman” thing. She passed me off to Nick, who I had communicated with via email. I picked out a spa and purchased it. It was made and delivered on time. The electrician had some questions and Veronica answered emails on a Sunday, when the store was closed and she was off, to help get the hot tub up and running. We live in Jacksonville, Florida and bought a home in St. Augustine a little over a year ago. It’s a block from the beach and we needed a hot tub to make it more appealing as a vacation rental. We saw the commercials on Facebook marketplace and decided to drop in with no intention of buying. We really thought we’d buy locally in St. Augustine.
