Veronica was very helpful in helping us choose our new spa, the delivery was very professional and quick. We had purchased one from them 15 years ago and when we were ready for another one, we went right back to them. I love that every tub is made in Lake Mary, Florida. Any questions I’ve had they are quick to get back to me and give me the answers. I would certainly recommend them if you’re thinking of purchasing a spa in the future.
JJJ Hot Tub services delivered my hot tub today and I could not be happier! From the second I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Veronica to the moment the delivery guys left it was nothing but great customer service. My son had a great time trying out ALL the hot tubs to make sure it was kid approved. Very friendly people, very communicative and I am in LOVE with my new hot tub! Thank you Veronica and team for helping us find the perfect hot tub. :)
I've had their spa for a long time now & whenever I need parts they are on top of it with ordering & super fast delivery or any technical help as well. The only problem I ever have is when I'm trying to order online outside of their business hours, the site doesn't allow delivery to my area. Their products & showroom I highly recommend.
Veronica was AMAZING! She listened to what we were looking for. She understood me being short, I didn't want something deep and how important the hot tub was for my Muscular Dystrophy. She didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or the most expensive, but EXACTLY what we needed! GREAT PRICE and it matches our house. It's so beautiful. Veronica was amazing!! We had so much fun. But the charge for the delivery and set up was very expensive for what we got, they brought the tub to the back, put the step in the ground and stacked the rail. They weren’t going to attach the farmers for the hot tub straps until u said I wanted them. Never plugged it in, put water in our hanger any instructions, very disappointed.
