Horrible and dishonest customer service. My daughter used them to fix leaks in her roof and chimney and after assuring her they could and would fix it, they have failed to do so. After several weeks of just trying to get them to come back out to look at it, they finally came and in a matter of 20 minutes are now changing their story and claiming the leaks have nothing to do with the roof. Existing structural issues do not fall within your daughters signed agreement. Dreamworks is only responsible for the scope of work that was provided by your daughters insurance company. I spent $11,000 out of my own pocket and Dreamworks has been a major disappointment since the first day of installation. I had a new roof put on in March 2020. As of Nov 2020, roofing errors still exist from the job that was completed by Dreamworks. Property damage still exists from the job as well and it’s been 8 months. RecommendedMy realtor recommended I contact Jacob of DreamWorks to look at my roof for possible storm damage. Jacob came out the day after I spoke with him and he climbed my roof as well as my garage . He came back 20 min later and told me the roof looked ok and probably has about 5-8 years of life left. I know in a world of very shady businesses or roofers, it can be rare to come by honest contractors. Thankyou DreamWorks and Jacob for being a company we can trust .. I saw him driving down my street after helping some of my neighbors and he pulled over to talk to me as I was washing my car, and he mentioned that he had noticed some roof damage and could help. Paul sent one of his subs(Tim Morris) out to fix rotten siding/wood around my house before painting. They did a terrible job and won't fix it. Paul was supposed to come to our house so that we could get everything resolved. He was a no show all 3 times. I filed suit against Morris Contractors today to get my money back.
