Scans well, but a simple design flaw I'm adequately satisfied with this scanner. It is highly compact and lightweight. My biggest gripe is how the connector is strangely just under the outlet of the scanner. so when a sheet drops out the back, it lays on the connector and creates a tab that sticks up for the next sheet through to get shoved across your desk. If I were a hardware engineer, I would have put the connector on an end. I'm sure this location is a cost/production choice, but I would have paid an extra few bucks to ... read more
Amazing little scanner This scanner is fabulous! It is small, portable, easy-to-use, high quality, and scans quickly. You just put your paper in, push the scanner's button and voila! It's sent to your computer. It's easy to scsan multi-page documents. You can also scan bulkier items, like ID cards, or envelopes. It's a little tricky to scan multiple receipts in the same image, since it's hard to get the ADF to pull in multiple items at the same time. Exactly What I Expected This was inexpensive and is advertised as "travel". I got just what I thought I would get. It works great, scans fast and is very easy to move around as I need to. I had a little trouble with installing the software on my Mac, but figured it out in a couple of minutes and it works great.
Small and sleak This is perfect for my desk we use it 5 --10 x per week and its perfect saves PDF or other types you choose to my desktop or where you want.
good product We love this scanner at my office. It saves us a ton of paper. We can just scan ID cards right into the electronic chart. None of us are tech savvy and this was super easy to install and use. We've had it close to 6 months now with no issues. Highly recommend.
Pretty good little scanner I had a Fujitsu ScanSnap S1100i and it was doing great until a small amount of water was spilled in it and was not detected for a few days and that did it in. Well that scanner had doubled in price since I purchased it - not sure why. So I found this scanner. Out of the box all installed fine on Mac OSX El Capitan. The scanning was a little slower and of poorer quality than to S1100i. I checked and the DVD came with a rather old scanner driver. So on the Brother site I updated to the new one and no... read more
Easy to set up and use Perfect for what use for black and white documents. Never tried with color but I'm sure would work fine
Great scanner... Easy to used and usb powered a definite must for mobile applications
Love it !! I can now scan all those old pictures I have and put them on a disc so I won't ever have to worry about losing them. Great buy!
