It has been useful for my job. Most likely I can use it in any where at any time.
for the most part, I connect my scanner to my laptop. Other times, for a quick scan and get the pdf or images off the card. Connecting to it via IP Address works too. The battery life is a bit short when using wifi. Byw, this was a 2nd unit. The first caused my laptop to blue screen due to a bad USB port.
It was extremely simple it has a sim card to scan on the go then transfer to the computer with ease. I would recommend this to anyone needing a user friendly document scanner on the go!!!

This scanner is easy to set up and use. Gets the job done.
My old scanner was part of an integrated printer/scanner/copier that was huge. I was a bit hesitant about this new portable scanner, but could not be happier now that I have it. It is fast, and I love that it scans both sides of the page at once. The ability to scan to the memory card and then later connect to my computer is a real plus. Highly recommended!
I like how fast pages are captured by scanner. I dislike that the scanner is a bit complicated to find items scanned on computer. 7/10/2020
I purchased this to scan some very old pictures that family members have. This little scanner has enabled me to go to the other family members home scan the pictures and bring it home and put them on the computer. Once on the computer you can edit and then save them to another sc card or USB drive. Or you can print them. It will scan from little pictures up to 8.5 X 11.
